Re: Vaccine against the Chinese Covid19 flu rolled out next week

However much we want a vaccine, I would be reluctant to have anything that wasn't thoroughly tested. Some years ago, my best friend developed cancer, and she was offered to go on a new drug they were testing which was supposed to be amazingly helpful to the type of cancer she had, so my friend agre...

Re: Vaccine against the Chinese Covid19 flu rolled out next week

Nothing to do with spelling. Everything to do with blame, and inflammatory attitude towards inhabitants of other countries.

If it needs an inaccurate colloquial name perhaps it should be called Bat Flu.

I refer you to my own edited post above yours.

You couldn't conceal your edit of the title. Oh dear.

And it isn't flu. Oh dear.

Just another vehicle for your nasty, nasty views.

Re: Vaccine against the Chinese flue being rolled out next week

Why do you call it "Chinese flue"? It a) isn't an influenza b) isn't as far as we know, found in chimneys and c) might have originated in China, but has no nationality of its own, being a microbe. You can't resist a chance to be racist, can you? Ha-llo ... have you just edited the title of this topi...

Re: Do you want to know ?

You sneered at what you saw as a member’s illiteracy. Had it been true, that would have been unkind, hurtful, bullying and — let’s face it — juvenile. Question: What did aardvaark do to Anya here? What's an 'akktor'? She has criticized Anya (and me) for ages. How in the world could you have possibl...

Re: Do you want to know ?

I'm the villain because I finally pointed out hypocrisy? Apparently, yes...We need 'smooth sailing, like water off a duck's back, don't rock the boat, duckie'...And then, some wonder why people leave a "lifeboat" and swim for shore... Just to reiterate, as it went to the bottom - can't have that, t...

aardvaark, who is currently on your ignore list, made this post. …Funny/strange she misspelled/misspelt the animal she chose to represent... Actually Rose, the reason I chose my forum name all those decades ago, was alphabetical rather than hypocritical. In the old MSN forums, alphabetical names we...

Careful Norm, I had a post deleted for saying the Pope should stop telling Catholics to keep on breeding more Catholics. And more, and more .....

Quite funny really, when he and their priests and nuns are supposed to be celibate! Never could equate that!

Re: Trump Has Finally Given In

He is a disgrace. He is making the transition as difficult and obstructive as possible for the incoming president.

Does he care about America and Americans? America first?

NO. Donnie first and always. Just a fat orange ego under a lacquered thatch.

Can they be flushed away? Or do they clog the drains? Must admit, it's quite a while since tampons were in my life, and I can't remember if you had to put them in those little bins in public loos or flush them away. They should be flushable, but hopefully not so much that they might disintegrate ins...

Tonight I cut them all short.
I bet your hands felt loads better for it. After all, we keep our pets' toenails trimmed so they will feel comfortable, so why not us?

I can't bear my hair or nails to go beyond a certain length, I have to do something about it.

Re: Xmas arrangements.

Some rather acidic woman complained to me that she did not have one neighbour who would chat over the fence, or a friend to meet for walks and a park bench, she hated her family and had not seen them for years, she had a computer but never used it and nobody cared about her. Why was I not surprised...

Having watched his latest press conference last night, I'm convinced he must be deranged. He really seems to believe what he says.
And so do his devotees! What does that make THEM? :frantic: :nerves:

Having now grown to over 2cm long, I'm thinking I must cut them now as they feel "odd"!

You have also in the past said you have similar problems with toenails..

Can't you file your nails before they get "odd"? Or are you going for a Guinness record?
